What is Groom?
Using Groom, business owners will grow their businesses as they get paid. Founder Mathew McCoy called on his 15+ years of managing teams, to build a SaaS solution that has multiple platforms for Health and Wellness professionals, and their customers.
Current industry landscape
According to Satatistica in 2021, the worldwide industry was estimated at over 4.4 trillion U.S. dollars, set to increase to over six trillion U.S. dollars by 2025.
Creating the company
As a former Marine, Mathew knows the importance of maintaining your feet. He did not feel comfortable going into a nail salon, and still rarely does without a female companion. The original idea was one physical location, with a male friendly vibe. Since inception, the idea has grown to a SaaS business.
The growth of the company
Groom's Beta release is scheduled for March of 2022, and Groom is ready to impress. The current features put Groom in a competitive posture and expect that its planned features will provide Groom with product market fit. Groom has grown from an idea, to a working platform that has been built to solve issues in the Health and Wellness industry.
Growing the company
So far Mathew is the only employee, but will be looking to add a co-founder by the end of 2022. He is happy with his 1099 workers performance, but Mathew would love to expand to full time employees, also by the end of 2022.
