Meshly: Catching the Drift Before It Costs You

What Meshly.ai Does
Meshly is building a system to catch and correct field-level misalignment across GTM systems, starting with contracts.
The Current Landscape
Modern revenue teams operate across interconnected tools, CRM, CPQ, CLM, billing, each withits own logic and version of the truth. Integration exists, but alignment doesn't. Fields drift. Definitions shift. And when that misalignment isn’t caught early, the result is missed revenue, broken forecasts, delayed recognition, or audit risk.
Meshly focuses on those seams, the subtle, field-level gaps that emerge between systems. Not syncing data but catching when the meaning behind that data no longer holds.
The Meshly.ai Solution:
Meshly is starting with its first module: Meshly Validate, a lightweight contract validation tool designed to surface GTM misalignment before it turns into billing errors, reporting surprises, or audit risks.
Teams can use it pre-signature to help Deal Desk and RevOps catch issues before they close or post-signature to give Finance visibility before errors hit bookings or revenue recognition.
Meshly Validates:
Extracts key terms like net terms, billing cadence, contract length, and start/end dates
Applies your policies from rev rec rules to approval thresholds
Flags exposure including missing fields, mismatched dates, or clause exceptions
This first module is intentionally narrow: it’s designed to generate a clean signal around where GTM handoffs break down and to inform how the broader Meshly system should evolve.
A Meshly Customer Story
Meshly’s early design partners aren’t asking for dashboards. They’re asking for clarity.
A corporate accounting lead at a growth-stage SaaS company put it plainly: “80 percent of contracts are still reviewed by hand.” The team manually checks net terms, discounts, and provisioning details for revenue recognition each month.
“If we could validate quotes before Order Management approves invoicing, it would cut down so much of the cleanup. Even just flagging issues on upload would help.”- Design partner, enterprise SaaS, commissions & order management.
Meshly’s upload-parse-validate flow mirrors this process. The goal isn’t to replace it but to bring consistency and automation where it matters most.
How Meshly.ai started:
Meshly began with a simple but frustrating pattern: the systems that GTM and Finance teams rely on, CRM, CPQ, contracts, billing, constantly fall out of sync. These misalignments weren’t always dramatic, but they were persistent, hard to trace, and costly when ignored. Meshly was created to catch these gaps upstream, before they spiral into revenue leakage or rework. The first step: a validation layer where field logic is checked before it enters the system of record.
"I’m building Meshly because I’ve lived through the pain of broken handoffs and blurry data. I care about building systems that hold up under pressure, for the people doing the work and the business trying to steer by it. Meshly reflects that perspective." - Sandra Bustos, Founder of Meshly
The Meshly Team:
Meshly is currently founder-led, with early traction supported by a small but experienced advisory group. The advisors include a former founder and engineering executive who helped architect large-scale billing and compliance systems, and a GTM strategy leader with deep experience scaling multi-product enterprise portfolios. While the product is still early, this blend of engineering discipline and GTM system knowledge has shaped Meshly’s approach to structure, policy logic, and interpretation.
